10 weeks
yesterday was a very good day. i am 10 weeks pregnant and we had our third ultrasound. our little baby has a spine and fingers and eyes and is constantly moving (looks kind of like dog-paddling). it is still hard for me to believe that there is a little being the size of a strawberry swimming inside of my tummy. other good news-- subchorionic hematoma cleared up, BP was 103/56 and no weight gain. now i just can't wait until December 13th when i enter the 2nd trimester and most fears of miscarriage are gone.
in the meantime, work is going ok. we have another office lunch coming up at Zaytinya, and i will be the only person under 45 not drinking. i think my boss is going to start getting suspicious.

I'm pregtastic
Much is happening. Yes, I am still adjusting to my new job. It leaves me frustrated at times because I feel the PMFs in the office grab all of the attention. And then there is this... I'm pregnant.
We think this might be 7.5 weeks now. I can tolerate coffee, cooking, Indian food, or riding on the metro. Today's magical food is fresh pineapple. I think I have eaten half of it at least. I also ate ALL the pickled ginger that came with my veggie sushi to eaze the quease. And that bulge at my stomach? Nope, not baby, but a combo of too much ice cream and constipation.
I have found a great free podcast though-- pregtastic.
